Tony Hammock

Tony has a wide experience in production management and quality control, most recently as Operations Director on Domnick Hunter Ltd.

Previously he worked as a Senior Quality Engineer for Nissan Motor Manufacturing and Production Manager for Hashimoto Ltd. before joining Forward Vision manufacturing consultancy.  

He has helped to implement production and quality improvement programs in numerous companies, both as a manager and as an external advisor.

Ed Meanwell

Ed has extensive experience in the fields of Sales and Marketing. He has gained over 10 years successful blue chip sales and marketing experience with Pall Gelman and then GE Medical Systems. Recently Ed has worked as UK Sales Manager with a US start-up supplying outsourced research informatics for drug discovery.

He has an MBA from Durham University and through his dissertation specialised in venture capital backed start-up companies.

Ed’s corporate experience, combined with an insight into small companies, brings to V2C the vision and ability to see companies grow through successful sales and marketing.

Tim Waddington

Tim worked for Philips Electronics before joining Forward Vision manufacturing consultancy, as a specialist in the whole range of lean techniques. During the last decade he has guided companies across a wide range of sectors in the implementation of Lean improvement methodologies.

He also teaches the Operations Strategy and Lean Improvement modules of the MSc in Manufacturing at Durham University.

He has an MBA from Durham Business School, and specialised in supply chain integration.

Brian Dickinson

Brian has over thirty years' experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Most recently, as Manufacturing Excellence Facilitator for Piramal Healthcare he guided Operational Excellence activities in four different sites in the UK and Canada.

He is a Lean expert and Six Sigma black belt, experienced in Project management, Continuous Improvement, Process Optimisation and Manufacturing management.

Rod Clarke

Rod specialises in the introduction and improvement of supply chain management and integration systems.

He has worked in supply chain management and IS/IT for twenty years. In this time he held senior management, project leadership and operational management roles in three of the world's largest chemical and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to moving into the supply chain field, Rod was Finance Director of a small ICI subsidiary.

Rod is a Chartered Secretary by profession and also a member of the Institute of Business Consulting. He speaks at events in the UK and worldwide on IS issues, supply chain trends and change management. He is also the co-author of two books on supply chain management.

Giles Johnston

Giles has worked in a variety of sectors including aerospace, automotive, power generation and the rubber industry. During this time he has worked across production management, production planning and manufacturing engineering.

His key areas of expertise are in Business System Design, particularly Sales and Operations Planning and Operations Management.

Giles is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology and also has an MSc in Strategy and Resource Management.
